Officials of a community security group in Abeokuta, Ogun state, have begun a manhunt for one Sunday Mayowa Otesanya who has been declared wanted for homosexual act.
It was gathered that the suspect, Sunday Mayowa Otesanya who lives in Abeokuta was accused of having canal relationship of a male friend, Adebayo Abiodun in spite the fact that his people know him in the area to have a wife and children.
Our source added that his homosexual act blew open when the male partner, Adebayo Abiodun confessed to the crime after been beaten and tortured by angry youths before he was subsequently handed over to the community security group.
The source further stated that all efforts of the angry youths to get their hands on Sunday Mayowa Otesanya was abortive as it was believed that he had already left the country a short holiday before all these began to happen.
It was also gathered that the angry youths searched for him everywhere in the town, and even wrote a threatening note on his door, and also set his car ablaze when he could not not be found.
Our source gathered that his wife and children have fled his house for fear of been attacked too.
Effort to reach the state Police Public Relation Officer, PPRO, Ogun State Command, Abimbola Oyeyemi proved abortive as he could not be reached on phone.
