2019: Labour Party House Of Reps Candidate Vow To Prioritize Erosion Problem Areas

House of Representatives candidate of the Labour party (LP) in Edo state, Barr. Nosa Kings Erhunmwunsee, has called on the people of Orhionmwon and Ohunmwonde Federal Constituency to be focus in electing Leaders that have the people oriented programmes and capable of taking the constituency to the next level of development and will be able to tackle the Erosion problem that has been ravaging the community.

 

 

Barr. Erhunmwunse stated this at the weekend at his native home town Urhonigbe in Orhionmwon local government Area of Edo state, when he and the state Labour party executives paid a visit to the locality to inform them of his ambition to run for the House of Representatives seat under the Labour party.

 

 

He charged the leaders of the Wards visited to reflect on why Orhionmwon local government has remained stagnant after several years of successive government both PDP and APC as the constituency that has the abundant human and natural resources has no reason to be underdeveloped. He expressed disappointment on the leadership failure to meet up with the people campaigns promises.

 

 

The elated Barr. who was overwhelmed by the received of his people, said when he saw the shackles of hunger, poverty, starvation and the sorry state of road in Orhionmwon local government the so called Leaders has subjected the people to, prompted his action to contest for the position to effect a change of effective representation and a real change in the lives of the people, adding that as a lawyer, if he is elected he will use his wealth of experience to move motions along with his international connections to attract Projects that will bring about the needed opportunities for the Youths and the enabling environment for development.

 

 

He pointed out that with the oil and gas from Orhionmwon Local Government Area, it’s more than enough to develop the Area.

 

The House of Representatives hopeful however pleaded with the people to support his ambition to run for the seat in the lower chamber of the National Assembly , and while assuring them that if given the mandate, he would work assiduously towards stabilizing the system within the first term in office to make the Erosion problem a thing of the past.

 

 

Labour Party Chairman, Edo State Chapter, Comrade Kelly Ogbaloi thanked the people for turning out in a large number to received their son and candidate in the person of barrister Erhunmwunse who has the pedigree that will bring his people out of hunger, poverty, starvation and underdevelopment.

Comrade Kelly Ogbaloi, noted that the candidate has what it takes to lead his people and charge them to support his vision in ensuring Labour Party wins the seat in the National Assembly for effective representation.

Prince Omon Okuoghae, who spoke on behalf of the people, thanked God for the opportunity and urged the people not to be carried away by money politicians who has deceived them for so long. According to him, they had a dream that one day God will bring a Messiah of their son that will come and take them out of total darkness the politicians has kept them.

He enumerated some of the problems they are faced with to include Erosion that is almost tearing the community apart, and the lack of good Roads, electricity and many more. He told the people to support the candidate to ensure his victory in the 2019 general election to change the narrative.
