As a Sales Representative from 1997 to 2001, he sold a diverse range of pharmaceutical products, showcasing his exceptional communication skills and in-depth product knowledge. His one-on-one detailing of company products in hospitals not only boosted sales but also forged lasting relationships with healthcare professionals.

Fidson Healthcare PLC: A Platform for Transformation

In 2002, Yomi Alli-Balogun transitioned to Fidson Healthcare PLC, one of Nigeria’s leading pharmaceutical companies, where he joined as a Senior Rep. and rose through the rank. His early beginning marked a transformative era for the company, as Yomi Alli-Balogun’s visionary leadership and strategic acumen propelled Fidson Healthcare to unprecedented heights.

At Fidson Healthcare, Yomi Alli-Balogun’s responsibilities extended beyond mere sales management.
