Adeola Adeyemi and her team have embarked on a transformative charitable mission aimed at uplifting schools in Abuja. This initiative seeks to provide essential support and hope to marginalized students in the Federal Capital Territory through her foundation, The Adeola Adeyemi Foundation (TAAF)

In her recent outreach, Adeola and her team visited several schools, conducting hygiene sensitization programs and distributing sanitary pads and medical supplies. “We were desirous of reaching out to as many as possible. It has always been my desire to help people, and we tried to do the best we could with the resources available,” Adeola stated in an interview.

Despite challenges in securing sponsorship from corporate organizations for necessary supplies such as detergents and disinfectants, Adeola’s determination remained unwavering. “Though we reached out to many corporate organizations, none came forward. We had to make do with what we had, and thankfully, our efforts were successful,” she added.

A passionate advocate for social change, Adeola Adeyemi is dedicated to improving the lives of marginalized communities in Nigeria. Born in Ikeja, Lagos State, she graduated from the University of Abuja with a degree in Agriculture (Soil Science) and is currently pursuing a master’s degree at the University of Bolton in Manchester, UK. Adeola’s commitment to agriculture includes sustainable farming practices as she works to enhance access to resources for underserved communities.

In her role as a software developer at Pixels Corporation, Adeola plays a crucial part in promoting technology careers among women. Her foundation, The Adeola Adeyemi Foundation (TAAF), focuses on uplifting underprivileged children, widows, and single mothers, with particular emphasis on educational opportunities for girls in tech and skill acquisition programs as well as promoting peaceful co-existence in the community.

Adeola has represented her company on international stages, notably at the African Brands Leadership Merit Awards, where she accepted the award for Africa’s Most Outstanding Technology Company of the Year on behalf of her organization.

Through her leadership and philanthropic endeavors, Adeola Adeyemi inspires communities to work together, fostering a culture of mutual support and compassion.
