The Africent Group management has announced the closure of its online based community portals, kreekafrica.com and kreeksend.com.

In a statement made available by Folorunsho Tahir Hamsat, media consultant for Kreek Africa, the two online based business outfits are exiting in order for the parent body, Africent Group, to focus on its other well established businesses to pilot it to growth.

“We have taken the decision to discontinue the two outfits in order to remain firmly committed to advancing our business systems and begin to work on a new approach to assessing the business and investment climate,” Hamsat noted.

Thanking members of staff for standing by Africent Group while operations lasted on the two platforms, Hamsat, on behalf of Africent Group, appreciates the commitment the staffers put in, as well as their contribution which he said was invaluable to the survival of Africent.

“We thank them for their service that was impressive and which proved very valuable in keeping our operations running smoothly while it lasted. And we also appreciate our followers and African freelancers for being dependable team players,” he said, adding that Africent Group hopes to “bring better services to our continent that will be more acceptable to the users and consumers in the near future.”

Kreek Africa was an online community portal aimed at connecting professionals from across Africa and the rest of the world to clients and businesses globally.
