Again, Rep Ibrahim Isiaka Empowers Constituents, Gives Tricycles, Motorcycles, Grinding, Sewing Machines, Promises To Do More

IFO — The House of Representative member, Ifo-Ewekoro Federal Constituency, Rt Hon Ibrahim Ayokunle Isiaka has empowered over one hundred party faithful in the constituency for the third time in two months today Tuesday 27th of August 2024.

 

The empowerment was in conjunction with the tag Ocean Net way Limited presenting Strategic Empowerment Through Wealth Creation For Selected Communities in Ifo and Ewekoro Federal Constituency.

 

The empowerment cuts across Ifo Constituency 1 and 2 and Ewekoro Federal Constituency where Fifty 50 people benefitted in Grinding Machines, 50 party faithful got Sewing Machines while Ten, 10 people received Motorcycles and Tricycles respectively Amebo Newspapers NG learnt.

 

In attendance were leaders of the All Progressives Congress APC, Aare Tunde Alabi, the former Commissioner for Chieftancy Affairs, Hon. Abayomi Collins, Adesina Sikiru,Former Chairman of Ewekoro Local Government, local government party chairmen and ward leaders cutting across the Ifo and Ewekoro Federal Constituency.

During the presentation, Aare Tunde Alabi commended the resilience and philanthropic gesture of Hon Ibrahim Ayokunle Isiaka to the people of Ifo and Ewekoro Federal Constituency, he gave word of advice to the beneficiaries not to put any of the equipment given to them on sale but use it to find daily earnings for themselves.

 

Also on the part of Hon Abayomi Collins, a two term house of Representative in Ifo/Ewekoro Federal Constituency described the empowerment as the best way to give back to the grassroots, While stressing further on the abandonment of Owiwi Dam which can generate massive employment and power supply to the people of Ewekoro Local Government and it’s environment.

 

However, he charged Rt. Hon Ibrahim Ayokunle Isiaka to revive the Owiwi Dam projects to contribute immensely to the Gross Domestic Product GDP of Nigeria and open Ewekoro Federal Constituency to foreign investors.

 

Sikiru Adesina, Former Chairman of Ewekoro Local Government applauded the continuous empowerment of Ifo and Ewekoro, he said the items giving to the people will make them independent and cater for their family if properly managed.

 

The former Special Adviser on Revenue to Ogun State Government, Hon Adeleye said people of Ifo and Ewekoro Local Government should be expecting more of the Empowerment programme before the end of the year.
