It was a gathering of the big wigs in the society on Wednesday, 7th of March, 2018 as Adron homes commissioned her Town Park and gardens estate, otherwise known as the City of Rome, in Emuren, Ogun state. Several personalities, dignitaries, Politicians, entertainers and captains of Industry were present to witness the once in a life time event.
The guests were all filled with great surprises and shock on getting to see the estate which housed over 2000 hectares of Land with beautiful structures, required amenities, and several side attractions.
Popular Nollywood actor, Yemi Solade was on ground to anchor the programme alongside the Microphone lord, Mr. Wale who also did justice to making the event a fun-filled one. Similarly, Gospel Ministers, Tope Alabi and Big Bolaji were also not left out in making everyone dance in appreciation to God for this landmark achievement.
According to the GMD, Oba Adetola Emmanuel King, Adron homes came into existence for the purpose of making Nigerians happy, relating to the fact that a lot of things have been happening in the country which has made a lot of citizens worry but Adron homes was set to tackle that through housing. He also made it known that in six years, Adron has been able to acquire 21 Estates which several landlords has been made from.
Talking about the challenges he faced in acquiring Town Park gardens and estate, he revealed that he initially went to Imota, a neighbouring city to Emuren, to acquire parcels of land which he paid over N30Million for but both the land, money wasn’t returned back unlike Emuren where he was largely accepted and allowed to purchase as many hectares as possible.
Furthermore, he stated that he will be constructing road facilities, providing electricity, fun parks, police station, for the residents of Emuren as a way of paying back for their kind gestures.
The estate was commissioned by the Akarigbo of Remo, Oba Babatunde Ajayi, who was allocated one plot of the hectares of land and accompanied by Elepe of Epe, Oba Micheal , Olufin Ilisan remo, Ewusi of Makun Kingdom, Odofin of Sagamu, Alado of Ado, Fadesewa Simawa, Majority Leader , House of Assembly, to mention a few
Historically, Adron Homes is just six years old and has made a lot of improvement since its inception in 2012. Several promo have been rolled out, and lot of landlords have been made through Adron’s flexible rates.
