Banky W joins Desmond Elliot, 9ice, Delves into Politics

 

The relationship between Entertainment and politics these days is becoming like that of a family. Most entertainers end up holding a political post in their states.

In 2015, 9ice Alapomeji and Desmond Elliot were given an appointment and elected respectively. Come 2019, it seems the same thing is about to repeat itself with the announcement of Bankole Wellington popularly known as Banky W to run for a political post in Lagos.

This is no doubt an interesting development as it shows that so many youths are getting involved in the affairs of the nation, which is highly commendable.
