This pretty and hard-working Blessing hail from Owan-East Local Government Area, Edo State went into fashion as a hobby and later makes it a career despite being a Bsc holder and the reward has started coming as an entrepreneur upcoming fashion designer.
Queen B as she is fondly called by her admirers and friends said “Am a fashion designer now promoting my own label ONFLEEK COLLECTIONS BY QUEEN B because when I started, I buy stuff from the marke, sold good wears and shoes to my friends during my early stage in school. I was doing well in my selling and One day I decided to make my own clothes and put my label on it instead of showcasing other designers ‘goopportunityedecision’ prompted me to learn how to sew”.
Blessing Edegan recently emerged as Female Entrepreneur of the year 2016 at an award ceremony at the University of Benin tagged: Esan Ball Night 2016. The coveted award was given to her Because of her Diligence, hard work, creative design, giving to the less privileged and her love for God which many students have make her their role model.
In a brief chat with our reporter after the presentations of the award where she talks about the challenges and the award. Queen B said” I have to thank God who has been my number one driving force and inspiration. I also want to thank my friends who have contributed immensly to the name Onfleek Collections by Queen B and they still recommend us to their friends too. There are many race to be run, many victory to be won and with God on our side we can overcome any mountain even in this economy recession in Nigeria, its an opportunity for all to be creative and diversify so I want to thank God once again that Onfleek Collections by Queen B has not gone on recession but has continues to wax stronger and this award will also inspire me to be more focus to impact my generation ” as she concludes with a smile.
