BREAKING NEWS: Abraham floors AKEREDOLU, as Court Grants Accelerated Hearing of Abraham’s case.

An Abuja Federal High Court coram Hon. Justice Nnamdi Dimgba has dismissed all grounds of objections raised by the incumbent Governor of Ondo State, Mr. Oluwarotimi Odunayo Akeredolu, who had contended that the Court has no jurisdiction to hear and determine Abraham ‘s challenge of the nomination of Akeredolu as the Candidate of APC in the Ondo Governorship Election held 26th of November, 2016.
The Court thereafter ordered parties to file their respective pleadings, granted accelerated hearings of Abraham’s case and fixed 6th and 7th of December, 2018 for trial of the case.
