Breaking News: Another victory for Governor Dapo Abiodun and APC

 

Again, the Federal High Court in Abeokuta, this morning, dismissed a suit by Bayo David against Prince Dapo Abiodun and the All Progressives Congress (APC) over the last ward congresses of the APC.

 

The Court held that apart from the instituted action being statue barred, the complaint in the case was the ward congresses for delegates elections and therefore cannot be stretched to primary election
