Breaking News: Appeal Court Orders INEC to return Eyitayo Jegede’ Name as the candidate for ONDO Decides, says Jimoh Ibrahim is an impostor

The Special Court of Appeal, sitting on the candidacy tussle of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP ahead of Saturday’s Governorship election in Ondo has set aside Justice Okon Abang judgement that awarded PDP candidacy to Mr. Jimoh Ibrahim.

The court has therefore ordered INEC to remove Ibrahim’s name from the ballot paper and return Mr. Eyitayo Jegede as the duly nominated candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party in Ondo State.

All the objections filed by Mr. Ibrahim and his loyalists at the Appeal Court were also dismissed.
