Cassandra Amadasun Speaks on Why Atypique Signature is a Force to Reckon with
Cassandra Amadasun is a Graduate from University of Benin with a Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science. She’s the brain behind Atypique Signature which specializes in flawless and glowing skin products. Andra Ama as she is fondly called despite being a copper(NYSC-Youth Service) has devoted her energy after 9-5 daily activities to develop Antypique products, no wonder testimonies from her products kept pouring in on a daily basis. She explained in this interviews with Adeniyi ifetayo how it all started and her future plans. Enjoy it.
Question: How did you manage to start Antypique skin and beauty products?
I always had a mad passion for the beauty industry. I love a flawless glowing skin. So I started reading about the human skin from University, at my 400 level to be precise that was how I started Atypique Signature which is a brand that cuts across the beauty industry. Atypique deals with skin care products, hair products with sales of virgin human hair, makeup products and consultation on beauty.
How did you manage to combined your studies with starting a skin care products?
Initially, I always had challenge with time, Combining medical books with beauty books was exhausting. But this thought me to manage time as a medical student. I started it official in 2015, got registered with CAC in 2017, the brand has become known in Benin, Abuja, Lagos, Enugu, Owerri, Delta state and South Africa. I wouldn’t say am where i want to be now but Atypique is far from where it started from.
How did you manage your time now since you have started your youth service?
I would say time management with discipline is how I do the magic. It is not easy to combine the medical profession with the beauty industry. But I practice how to mange my time and i am so committed to Atypique because of my passion for the beauty industry
What does it take to succeed?
As a young entrepreneur it takes discipline to grow any brand and succeed. Commitment to whatever is your passion is key. Discipline is my watch word. I discipline myself to do what is necessary to grow my business even if I feel like or not. And I discipline myself for time management very well.
How do you relax?
I sit out in a quiet environment and listen to calming music. Sometimes I lip sync the lyrics of the song. Then I enjoy travels to a new environment. I stay around my friends at other times. I enjoy reading for fun most times and it helps me relax.
What’s your favorite fashion accessories?
Barbie Pink is my favorite color. I prefer Gowns because I love simple and comfy clothes.
Are you in Love now?
I would love to keep that private for now. Thank you.
Who is your role model?
Les Brown despite the fact that he was born in an uncompleted building, he grew to be one of the highest paid motivational speaker.
