Early Childhood Care & Education Vocational Training Institute Celebrates Graduation of 50 Students in Partnership With Ogun State Skills Fund
Sahara Weekly Reports That Early Childhood Care & Education Vocational Training Institute (ECDI) is proud to announce the graduation of 50 students today, April 17, 2024, in partnership with the Ogun State Skills Fund. The graduation ceremony took place at the ECDI training institute, where the students showcased the skills they learned over the past year.
The students began their journey in September of last year, undertaking various training in early childhood care and education. Through hands-on training and classroom instruction, they have developed the necessary skills to succeed in the field of childcare and education.
In her welcome address the Chief Executives Officer (CEO) ECDI training institute, Patricia Eno Folape thrilled to welcome everyone, especially the 50 graduating students.
” She said today marks not just a recognition of the accomplishments of our graduates, but also the start of their impactful careers aimed at enhancing the lives of young children in Ogun State, through play-based early learning.
“This program embodies the goals and priorities of ECDI, highlighting the critical role of ECCE as the foundation for human capital development. Every child embodies immense potential for their own future. their families, and the nation at large. Empowering our youth with the necessary skills to foster and support the optimal development of young children in Ogun State is a therefore a pivotal step, to be emulated across the nation.

Meanwhile, Mr Ogungbe a representative from Ogun State skill fund advised the graduantes to take what they have learned serious and start their own day care business, they shouldn’t allow what they have learned to be in vein.
