Crisis looms as UNIBEN cancels 2016 Post-UTME, fails to refund money to students

Due to the Federal Government announcement to Tertiary institutions that they should scrap Post-UME exercise, UNIBEN has cancelled her Screening exercise which was slated for last week.

At first, it looked like the pronouncement won’t start but with this development, it can be confirmed that the rule has come to stay.

However, in a later pronouncement, the Minister of Education, Adamu Adamu, stressed that any school caught conducting Post-UTME tests will be severely dealt with and those that have sold form out to students should refund their money but it seems that hasn’t come to pass in UNIBEN case as it was authoritatively confirmed that no money has been refunded as at the time of this report.

More Details later.
