Dignitaries Storm Lagos As Baale Of Okerekere Town, Chief Rasak Oludaisi Arashi Celebrates 1st Year In Office

 

 

 

It was memorable celebration as Oni-Solu of Solu Kingdom, Oba Babatunde Adebowale Muideen Balogun (Ajumose 1), Alhaji Akeem Olatunji, Chief Abiodun Adekoya amongst  other well-wishers graced the colourful occasion of Chief Rasak Oludaisi Arashi, the Baale of Okerekere Town in Ibeju Lekki as he clocks one year in office.

The event gathered momentum as dignitaries from far and near honoured the event in grand style. While speaking to the Baale, He expressed gratitude to  God for sparing his life and for making him clock one year in office as Baale of Okerekere Town even amidst the novel Covid-19 virus.

‘Despite the fact that the whole world is facing the covid-19 pandemic, God has been sparing my life, my community and well-wishers from the disease. I pray it subsides and we have a normal daily life’’

Speaking with the  Oni-Solu of Solu Land, Oba Babatunde Adebowale Muideen Balogun (Ajumose 1), He extolled the dignifying character of Chief Rasak, describing him as a trusted leader.

“Chief Rasak Oludaisi Arashi, the Baale of Okerekere Town is a tested and trusted man and so far his has proved beyond reasonable doubt that his is fit for the position because his humane”.

Chief Rasak Oludaisi Arashi, however reiterated that the youth and the entire people of Okerekere community is about to benefit immensely from the numerous empowerment programmes listed and planned as several provision has been made ready to kickoff the programmes to enable the community enjoy stress-free live hood.

Furthermore, Chief Rasak assured the community of an effective security techniques, as the police will be collaborating with them to ensure safety.

“ we will continue to ensure that our community is saved and sane enough to live in. thus, we are collaborating with Police, the state and Federal government to ensure that out community and society as a whole is free from miscreants and terrorists”.

He also plead that the government should support and empower the Police to ensure adequate security.
