While speaking at the event, the Managing Director, Emzor Group, Dr Stella Okoli, revealed the secret of the company’s big feat in the industry, saying the organisation has been doing well not because she or the board has two heads or smarter but because the company is sold out for God.

She pointed out that the company already has five manufacturing plants and still counting. According to her, the organisation is the first company in Nigeria to have Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) plant, adding that the company now has over 200 over-the- counter products (OTC) and about 248 products in all.

“The reason we are doing well is not because we are smarter than others, it is because we are completely sold out for God. We will continue to thank God. God destined that there should be Emzor and that is why there is Emzor. This is why we are entering His gate with thanksgiving and His court with praise”, Dr Okoli said.

The wife of the Ogun State Governor, Mrs Bamidele Abiodun, commended the company for its continuous impact in the pharmaceutical industry. While urging every individual to cultivate the habit of giving thanks to God, Mrs  Abiodun also charged  every individual to always remember the less privileged around them.

According to him, one of the reasons to praise God is because thanksgiving is the only key to reach God. He said it is a good thing to thank God, adding that thanksgiving is a command given by God Himself in

the book of second Thessalonian 5: 18. He therefore challenged everyone to always obey God by giving thanks always.
