ENGINEERS TO TAKE WORK TO OTHER END, AS OWODE ANGLE SET TO BE ASPHALTED IN OWODE-ILARO ROAD PROJECT
The Owode end of the Owode-Ilaro Road has been primed by engineers on site in readiness for asphalt.
It’d be recalled that the Ogun State Government under the leadership of Prince Dapo Abiodun, MFR recommenced the construction project of the road which was inherited from the immediate past administration.
The Government had cited as reason for the recommencement, the importance of the road which serves as an alternative route to decongest the ever busy Sango route.
As at the time of filing this report, the contractor in charge of the project was in the process of paving asphalt on the Owode end of the Owode-Ilaro.
Engineers will move equipment for work to the Ilaro axis of the road stretch, once the current phase is done.
