There was excitement and appreciation in Sagamu area of Ogun state today as Ogbeni Afolabi was awarded as the Most Outstanding Local Government Chairman in the state today 25th of July, 2024.
The awards was a result of online poll which was scheduled for three days by the publisher of AMEBO NEWSPAPERS NG, Solanke Ayomideji Taiwo to know the most credible chairman among the 20 local government chairmen in Ogun state.
After three days of online poll, Ogbeni Afolabi Odulate was voted massively and he emerged as the winner of the poll.

Distinguished guests, ladies and gentlemen, good afternoon.
It is with great honor and immense gratitude that I stand before you today to accept this prestigious award of recognition as the “Most Outstanding Chairman” among the 20 local government chairmen in Ogun State. This recognition is a humbling testament to the collective efforts of my team and the unwavering support of the Sagamu Local Government community.
First and foremost, I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to AMEBO NEWSPAPERS NG and its Managing Editor, Mr. Solanke Ayomideji Taiwo, for this esteemed award. Your recognition is a profound encouragement and a reminder of the responsibility we hold as public servants to serve with dedication and integrity.
This award is not just a personal achievement but a collective victory for all the hardworking and dedicated individuals who have stood by me in our quest to improve the lives of our constituents. It is a reflection of the tireless efforts and the unwavering commitment of my team, who have worked diligently to bring about positive change in our community.
We have strived to create a better Sagamu Local Government Area. Our focus has always been on fostering collaboration, prioritizing the needs of our community, and ensuring that every decision we make is in the best interest of our people.
