Former Taraba State Governor, Danbaba Suntai dies in USA

Sadly,the former Taraba state governor Danbaba Suntai has died in the United State of America.This was reportedly confirmed by the former commissioner for information during Suntai’s tenure and the current Senior Special Assistant to Gov. Darius Ishaku on public matters, Hon. Emmanuel Bello.If you recall,the former governor, whose helicopter crashed,in 2012,has been living like a vegetable due to an extensive brain damage,since he survived that fatal crash.

He was flown back to the country in 2013 in a bid to ease political tensions in the state regarding his health status before he was flown abroad again when it was clear he wasn’t fit to resume his executive duties.He returned to the country again during the 2015 gubernatorial election in the state before reportedly leaving for Florida, United States, after the election.
