Germany-based writer, Nkiru Homann recounts life at almost 50, set to launch book

Foremost writer, Nkiru Homann has made a review of her life as she moves close to clocking the golden age.
The writer who is based in Germany recounted her ordeal as a child who had to go through so much in order to have a life she wants, coupled with the fact that she lost her parents at a tender age, making her education suffer due to the non-availability of anyone to pay her school fees.
As an intelligent school child who made best results at most levels in Imo state school system, she dreamt of becoming an aeronautics engineer but later studied Agric Engineering where she excelled and had the best result in Soil and water option of Agric Engineering.
After school, she worked in her field and later had to travel to germany to start a family, become a wife and mother.
While in germany, due to the language differences, she enrolled in a language school where the made the best result in the state.
Due to her proficiency, she got invitation to continue education at one of the best universities in Germany but later turned it down for the sake of her family, and some other factors.
She explained that her father and mother inlaw have been amazing to her. Despite the fact that they never got to meet her parents, they treated her like theirs, cooked for her, washed her clothes when she was nursing her baby, drove her around, to mention a few.
At almost 50, she is grateful for the ability to live her dreams and the gift of the child God has given her.
She further urged everyone to get her book titled ‘ Never say Never’ coming out soon.
