Gov. Wike Declares 3 Days Fasting and Prayers

The Rivers State Governor, Wike has declared three days of fasting and prayers to seek divine intervention for a peaceful re-run elections in the State on Saturday.

A statement issued by the Commissioner for Information and Communication, Dr. Austin Tam-George, said Governor Nyesom Wike approved that the fast should begin on Wednesday, December 7 and end on Friday, December 9, 2016.
