Governor Rochas Okorocha places N5Million bounty on information leading to re-arrest escaped criminal, ‘Vampire’

 

 

Gov Rochas Okorocha has declared wanted with a bounty of 5 million naira for information leading to the rearresting of notorious kidnapper,Henry Chibueze alias Vampire.

Owelle made this known yesterday after a security council meeting held in Owerri, the state capital.

The security meeting was at the instance of the invasion of high court premises in Owerri by suspected gang members who whisked away Chibueze popularly known as Vampire.

Vampire described as a notorious felon has been standing trial in connection with cases of kidnapping.

News has it that hoodlums said to be his gang members stormed the court premises and made away with him.
