Hasbil Care Foundation Partners with Nigerian Veterinary Medical Association to Enhance Nutrition in Jos Schools

The Hasbil Care Foundation, in collaboration with the Nigerian Veterinary Medical Association (NVMA), has successfully distributed eggs to primary school pupils in Jos, promoting nutritional intake and community welfare.

Led by NVMA President Dr. Moses Arokoyo, alongside Dr. Simiat Adeogun (NVMA PRO) and Dr. Usman Umar (CEO, Vetco Livestock Solutions), this outreach program was held during the 60th Annual Congress (Tin City 2024).

Beneficiary schools included M&S International School, Bukuru, Jos South Plateau State, and L.E.A Barkin Acha, Jos South LG, Plateau State. Notably, M&S International School was founded by Super Eagles player Ahmed Musa to support underprivileged children.

Dr. Muiz Bakare, Chairman Hasbil Care Foundation stated: “We believe every child deserves access to nutritious food. This initiative empowers future leaders and nurtures their growth.”

This partnership leverages veterinary expertise to ensure the quality and safety of distributed eggs, fostering a healthier generation. It underscores the importance of cross-sector collaborations in addressing nutritional deficiencies among Nigerian school-aged children.

Hasbil Care Foundation remains committed to community development, focusing on nutrition, physical fitness, health, and social cohesion.
