Twenty-eight years old man,a tiller and father of two,Adetayo Razaq,has been arrested by Ikorodu police station for alleged rape of a eight years old minor.
Sahara weekly gathered that on 09/04/2020 at about 0800hrs one Mr Johnson Nwafor (not real) ‘m’ of Gegenla Area, Agunfoye,Ikorodu report at Ikorodu Police Station that he left his three children at home for some personal errant on getting back home he met his 8years old daughter (name withheld) in pains.
The father of the victim said he is single father, left with the children since i am separated with their mother for some time now . I ask my daugther where did she meet the suspect ,she told me that he called her to come and collect biscuits and ask me to come inside the room and put his wee wee inside my wee wee.
Our corresponent learnt that the suspect is a resident of Alladi Ijelu Street,Agunfoye, Ikorodu where the incident happen .
The survivor is taken to hospital for further treatment and forensic examination. While the suspect is detained by detectives from the Juvenile Welfare Centre, Ikorodu Police Station.
The Commissioner of Police has directed the case to be transferred to Gender Unit, Command Headquarters Ikeja for discreet investigation and diligent prosecution.
