At the moment, Nigerians are groaning over the sudden increase in fuel price.
Though this is not official but fuel scarcity has made several petrol stations sell at a higher rate.
There is hardly any filling station that sells 162/ltr since last week when scarcity hit the nation following the importation of adulterated fuel product into the country.
Some news outlets have reported that in Abuja, fuel sells for N400- N1000 per litre.
In some parts of Lagos, It sells between N250-N400/litre.
This development has confirmed the prophecy of Primate Elijah Ayodele which he gave in June 2021.
He revealed then that Nigerians will soon buy fuel at more than N280/ltr. This was when fuel sold for N162/ltr.
Below were his words
” ‘’If the government doesn’t work on the economy, Dollar price will increase to N520, there will be petroleum scarcity because the prince will rise to N280/litre”
