‘I didn’t wear shoe while i was young, i shared the same slippers with my Dad’ – Comedian, Gordons

Popular Controversial comedian, Gordons is no doubt someone from a poor background. In an interview, he disclosed how poverty dealt with him and his family when he was much younger.

He disclosed that they used to have a fan that is very loud and it’s more like an alarm in the neighbourhood and that it got to a time when they were almost given quit notice because of the disturbance of the fan.

Furthermore, he explained how tough life was while he was growing up. He said he never knew anything called shoe until he gained admission into university and he was always going to school barefooted because he shared the same slippers with his Father until a lecturer gave him an ‘aboki’ sandal which he held dearly and that he cried like someone whose parent died on the day a student spoilt the sandal.
