ABEOKUTA – A real estate agent, Alhaji Mutairu Owoeye has debunked the allegation levied against him of encroaching on the land allocated to an Indian investor, Mr.Thrivikrama Bhat by the Ogun State Government.
Owoeye, While speaking with Amebo Newspapers NG. through a telephonic conversation said the Indian investor who is the owner of GBMT GLOBAL LTD, Osopo village Sagamu and others just choose to play a foul game by defaming him simply because he is aware that the land doesn’t belong to him, he has no proof of ownership.
Also, he said the case is already in court, the family who owns the land has approached court of law after arresting the Indian and the acclaimed investor who invaded their land.
“It is laughable for anyone to say I invaded a land and beat someone on a land, None of my boys or worker invaded any land to disrupt activities of the acclaimed Indian investors because I have warned all my workers to take all matters within armbit of the law as a law abiding citizen of Nigeria.” Said Owoeye
However, he urged the general public to disregard any sort of rumour flying around with claims which lack merits in all standard.
“I want to urge the general public to disregard any baseless insinuations pedlled by rumor mongers that my person and any of my staffer attacked anyone recently on land matters, anyone who is aggrieved should approach court with ownership proof instead of beating around the bush wfireworksorks publications.” He added.
The real estate owner, Alhaji Mutairu Owoeye is a gentleman and law abiding citizen with humanitarian heart, his foundation has given back to the society to rekindle the hope of youths, students and aged people in Ogun state and beyond.
