“I Was Gay By The Time I First Cried As A Baby”-Nigerian Gay Rights Activist, Bisi Alimi

Nigerian gay rights activist & HIV advocate, Bisi Alimi,who gained international attention when he became the first Nigerian to come out of the closet on television,has again come up with a defense for him being a homosexual on instagram.

Bisi revealed that he became gay by the first time he cried as a baby, adding that being gay has made him live his life and appreciate himself.

He says,

 

“Living an authentic life is fulfilling. It might not make you rich or famous.

“It might not get you the ‘the best things’ in life. But it will get you one thing. One big thing. The pleasure of appreciating who you see when you look in the mirror.
