The Chief Executive Officer of Adedas Development Foundation, Hon.Prince Adedipe Dauda Ewenla has again held another historic annual Ramadan lecture in Abule- Egba, Lagos State.This year lecture tagged with the theme, “Temptation, which he emphasized on the reasons why we should not allow anything to tarnish our good character and always have fear of Allah.”The guest lecturer was Alhaji Uthman Sannu Sheu Mufasiru Agba Ilorin,  featuring lots of female Islamic singers such as Alhaja Mistura Temini Success,  Alhaji Mutiu Olanrewaju and others.The lecture had in attendance thousands of fasting Muslim faithfuls in Lagos and outside, was held at Sawmill ground, Abule- Egba expressway, Lagos.Prince Adedipe Dauda Ewenla is a philanthropist who has empowered over 5,000 youth and less privilege ones in vocational training and skills acquisition under the auspice of Adedas Foundation.He narrated his ordeal during the period, he said “I hold on to almighty Allah, some people alleged me that I sponsor vandalism most especially the ugly incidence that took many lives on 19th of December 2018… I was wrongly detained unlawfully for 37days in police custody over what I never knew anything about.”I never sponsor any vandals or involved in bunkering, I am surprise when my name is all over newspaper and social media that police declared me wanted that my boys were the brain behind fire inferno incident occurred in December last year in Abule- Egba, so I went to Police State command to report clarify myself,  but on getting there, what was in confessional statement from the suspects arrested was that I am not their sponsor. How can I destroy my image built for decade or my family name? Said Prince Adedipe Dauda Ewenla.Speaking further, He said they denied him of his political ambition, that he was released 3-days to the general election. He said in Nigeria lot of thing need to put place especially in area of security, how can an agency that suppose to protect live and proprieties turn a politician. We have no security agencies in this nation, but politician who put on security uniform to deserved us.However, he returned the glory to Almighty Allah,for His role and guidance throughout the temptation period, his family, supporters whom stood by him it’s, Saying it is only Allah that can determine someone’s destiny.He enjoined youth to love one another and place God first in all ratification and not engage in cult activities and cybercrime.
