In Okigwe Zone, which is simultaneously Imo north senatorial district, the lost glory is about to be restored with the Midas touch of the candidate of the PDP, Chief Emmanuel Okewulonu who will by God’s grace become the senator representing the zone after the bye-elections on December 5, 2020.
For some years, the main flag in Okigwe zone is that of the All Progressive Congress (APC), and this has affected the senatorial district negatively, with bad roads, bad infrastructure, bad administration, to mention a few but there is hope once again that the once neglected Okigwe Zone will become the pride of Imo state once Chief Emmanuel Okewulonu emerges.
Throughout the administration of the APC in the Senatorial district, the PDP has been more or less inactive but suddenly for some weeks, the flag of the PDP has been flying around, all because of Chief Emmanuel Okewulonu, his campaign rallies always experience massive crowd and overwhelming support.
No doubt, The glory of the PDP has been restored in Imo state, infact, the APC has not been this disjointed in the state like they are now, due to the giant strides of Chief Emma Okewulonu.
The people just have one role to play in making this new dawn permanent in Okigwe Zone which is Voting massively for Chief Emmanuel Okewulonu come December 5, 2020.
