International Women’s Day: Folashade Olabanji-Oba Salutes Women, Urges Them To Do Their Best For The Society

As the world marks the International Women’s Day on Sunday, Hon. (Princess) Folashade Olabanji-Oba has urged Nigerian women to do their best for the society.

While saluting the courage of women through a press statement, Olabanji-Oba encouraged women to be there for their family members at all times, be all they could be, decide and be committeed to succeed.

“Wherever there is a woman, there is magic, things fall in pleasant places.

“On this day, which represents the struggles and advances of women, I pay a great homage to women, girls and even all the men, who are steadfast in their positives steps all over the world.

“Women are the link through which every human being came into existence,” she said.

She said further that women and girls should learn to support their families in every way they could and that they must occupy their right of place in the society.

Her words: “God created us to be help meet for our husbands.

“Many thanks to the President Muhammadu Buhari of Nigeria, the National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and the Lagos State Governor, Mr Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu for their support for women over the years.

“I also want to say a big thank you to all the leaders of our great party, APC.

“We honour and appreciate you for your gender-friendly policies.
