CALL FOR MEDICAL ASSISTANCE (CORRECTIVE HEART SURGERY)
We, John Oyewole (dad) and Jayeola Oyewole (nee Ajayi; mum) are the parents of David Oyewole, a ten-month-old boy, who has been recently diagnosed with complete atrioventricular canal defect and severe pulmonary artery hypertension at the University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan.
Contact has been made with a handful of hospitals in India, but based on experts advice, we have decided to go to Max Healthcare in New Delhi, India for corrective surgery of this hole in David’s heart in order to save his life. Please find attached the diagnostic report from UCH, Ibadan and the billing information from Max Healthcare, India.
An estimated seven million naira is needed to cover the cost of this surgery, flight to/from India, medications and other logistics.
