Nemesis has caught up with a Lagos based business woman who physically assaulted one of her employees by pouring hot water on her.
The 50 year old woman, Alhaja Rashidat Adeleke,  wholesale dealer on noodles and other household  consumables  engaged the minor as her sales representatives in her store.
The suspect was alleged to have grudges  against the victim, Akinola Bukola Oyindamola 14 year old girl, whom she suspected to have said something against her to her new Manager she employed recently but resigned within few days after he was employed.
Our correspondent learnt from a reliable source that there was a fight between two sales representatives aged 10 and 14 in their store which resulted in damaged bangles.
It was gathered that when they got home, the suspect enquired from the victim how come the bangles were damaged, the victim replied that she had no idea of what actually transpired between them.
The answer the suspect got from the victim did not go down well with her.
“So she dragged the victim into the kitchen, locked her up inside and asked another sales representatives if there was any hot water available but there was none.
It was learnt that immediately, the suspect boiled hot water, turned it on the head of the victim.
” Even when the victim tried to escape, she prevented her and boiled the second hot water and turn it all over the victim’s body until she collapsed.
“We also gathered that despite the second degree level of injuries the victim sustained, the suspect still took horsewhip and battered her.
Meanwhile, Operatives of the Lagos State Police Command have arrested the suspect and transferred the case to the Gender Anti-human Trafficking unit SCID Panti .
