TAIWO OYEKAN– Amidst encomium, Residents and Youths across the Ten Political wards on Lagos Island Local Government Area celebrate the Deputy Leader of Lagos Island Local Government and Executive Director of Kolawole Ajibade Oyekan Foundation, Hon. Prince Taiwo Oyekan on his Birthday.

 

 

 

 

 

In his tribute, a resident, Mr. Adeyemi Oshodi described Prince Oyekan an Outstanding Council Legislator and Philanthropist par excellence. He also stated that as a Honourable Councillor, he(Oyekan) has performed credibly well.

 

 

 

 

‘Indeed, Prince Oyekan is a Record-breaker. He has distinguished himself among his Contemporaries. He is well connected to the Grassroot”, Mr. Oshodi eulogised.

 

 

 

 

 

Speaking on behalf of Lagos Island Youths, Adeola Oluwa said Prince Oyekan is a Man of Honour and Leader with a Heart of Gold.

 

 

 

 

Continuing, Oluwa stated that Prince Oyekan is a Kind-hearted Individual whose social intervention Efforts have bettered the lives of all and sundries on the Island and beyond.

 

 

 

 

“A Humble and Upright Islander. He treats People the way he wants to be treated. A King that crowns other Kings. A Father figure, Brother and Uncle to the Youths. We wish him a very wonderful happy Birthday”, Oluwa exolled.

 

 

 

“As you add a new year to your birthday, May it not be your last birthday on earth by the special grace of God. We wish you Long life and prosperity in sound Health and Wealth(Amen)”, Oluwa Prayed.

Another resident, a Petty Trader, Mrs. Sherifiat Giwa said Prince Oyekan is a Benefactor to many People. She however urged other well-meaning Nigerians to emulate the kind gestures of the Lagos Prince.

In the discharge of his Legislative duties and oversight functions, Prince Oyekan puts people at the centre of his actions; He does not discriminate among locals. Thus, he enjoys a cordial relationship with the residents; the young and old.
