Mother sells son for 70,000 Naira

In Enugu State, Police has arrested a girl of 20-year-old, identified as Chinwendu Agbo after she allegedly sold her new born baby for 70,000.
Chinwendu, a native of Eha-Alumonah, In Nsukka Local Government Area of Enugu sold her son to a woman, named Nogozi, resident in Enugu, the State capital.
The suspect who resides at Obollo-Afor Lodge, In Udenu Council Area of the State gave birth to the child on August 6,2015.
DSP Ebere Amaraizu who confirm the arrest in a statement said the command has commenced investigations into the incident of trafficking at Obolo-Afor in Udenu Local Government area of the state.
“A full scale investigation has commenced as suspects are helping the police in their investigations”.
