Upcoming designer Tunde Oladimeji who is a graduate of Business Administration explains to Fashion trends how he found himself in designing..how he developed the passion and his goals..Excerpts..

Q.Why designing?
Ans. Well, it’s something have been passionate about and during my school days, most people commend me on my outfits and be like they need something like that..then I started making it for quite a few of my friends and from there I started getting referrals from them so from then I took it serious and also to the next level.
Q. What inspires your designs?
Ans. Every picture tells a story, contemporary men need contemporary styling to give them a well detailed and informed look..am passionate about simplicity and class, I tend not to make my pieces so complex due to the fact that the kind of client have are the matured minds..a touch of class, the fabric I get determines the design and work I can put into it so the outcome looks dapper..

 
Q. Did you have any training in designing?
Ans. I had a 1year training in designing but am applying for a professional one in the UK presently.
Q. How long have you been into the craft?

Ans. Have been into designing for almost 4 years but professionally 3years because I started this while I was in school so it was a bit difficult juggling school and work together.
Q. What’s your greatest accomplishment so far?
Ans. Opening my 1st store. It’s my greatest achievement so far.
Q. Describe your creative process?

Ans. Contemporary Nigeria attire which we carve out designs that speaks volume and boost our client confidence any where
They go…our craftsmanship ranges from d detailing to the sewing to the fabric used.
Q. What stands you out?
Ans. We go the extra mile to recreate that simple and detailed touch, we take every little detail and finishing into account. We help our clients look dapper in both suits/traditionals without any discomfort at the least possible cost…
Q. Who are the designers to look upto?

Ans. I look up to okunoren twins…I love their works, they usually give it a touch of class and their Branding is absolutely remarkable…
Q. 5 year goal?
Ans. To open so many stores in the major areas of Lagos and abuja so my customers can get our designs easily.
Q.Briefly describe yourself.
Ans. My name is Tunde oladimeji and i am the creative director of koblis clothing…i am a graduate of Lagos state university, i studied business administration.
