Oluremi: “My names are Oluwaremilekun Olukoga Arikeade..
SW – we’ve been seeing you in a couple of movies lately, when exactly did u join the league of world of make believe?
Oluremi” hmmmm!!! The world of make believe…I joined d league in Jan 24th 2003 through a friend that happens to be my boss younger sister. It’s a long story (smiles).
SW: I learnt that in yoruba film industry, there is always a claim that you have to belong to one caucus or the other before you can make wave in the industry, how factual is this claim?
Oluremi: yes that’s what I heard when I came in and according to a yoruba adage which says “iselu ni idalu”when you are in Rome you have to mingle with Romans….
SW : On that note,who can you say is your master or let me say your boss in the industry?
Oluremi: my master in d industry is Mr Jide osinaike and I belong to O’ys caucus!!
SW : As pretty as you are, coupled with the level of your education ,are you telling me you still had a formal training under someone for you to be reckoned with?
Oluremi – Yes of course, you have to serve for you to be served it’s a normal requisite..
SW – But you’ve been featuring frequently in movies recently, what is the secret behind the sudden upturn, some people say it’s when you date a prominent director or better still a marketer before you can be recognised?
Oluremi – It’s not just my doing its God,it doesn’t matter either u date or not,it’s not all you date that favours you but if it’s God’s sent then it is well you don’t have to date because of a role, you date because of love and passion……
SW- Are you married with kids?
Oluremi – No I’m not married but not searching.
SW -So who are you looking up to in the world of make believe? Oluremi..Am looking up to God and also believe in myself I don’t want to be like anybody, I want to be what God destined me to be.
SW- How far have you Gone in the industry?
Oluremi – I can’t really say cuz God has been good 2 me and when you are asked to count your blessings I guess it should be uncountable, I give all glories to God .
SW -How many movies have you done on your own?
Oluremi – I have not come out with my own movie but very soon I mean soonest it will hit the industry ..

Oluremi -Thank you too! my advice for the young ones who are willing to become an actor or actress! just take your time to build your career and focus on been a better you, be diligent,,have a burning desire and serious dedication, above all prayer is always important in whatever we are doing!
