BEING THE WORLD PRESS CONFERENCE ADDRESSED BY THE LEADERSHIP OF NAPS TO PARTNER WITH DOMAK GROUP INTERNATIONAL FOR LAND AND HOUSING INVESTMENT SCHEME.
Gentle Men of the Press…
Other Protocols are duly observed.
Today, being 17th July 2024, Sahara Weekly Reports That the leadership of NAPS brings a good news to all Nigerian Polytechnic students across the nation over our giant stride to enable our students to feel importance of been a Nigerian
It’s not new to our great association, the challenges facing Nigerian students and Youths in terms of housing across the country, the rate and high cost of accommodation and occupancy of a house is worrisome and demoralizing.
Over the years, there have been significant shifts in home and land ownership patterns that have had a profound impact on society. Some parents’ generation benefited from economic prosperity and government programs that promoted home and land ownership in the past. In contrast, this generation, has faced several challenges in achieving home and land ownership due to factors such as rising housing costs, land disputes, access to affordable housing, mortgage rates, and income inequality have contributed to lower home and land ownership rates.
The increasing wealth gap has created barriers to owning a home, especially for those with limited financial resources. The availability of affordable housing is another critical factor influencing home and land ownership trends. In many urban areas, housing costs have skyrocketed, making it challenging for individuals with moderate incomes to afford a home. This lack of affordable housing options has forced many people to rent rather than purchase a home.
Haven X-rayed the whole situation and most of the challenges facing students and Youths in this country to own a land and house, we discovered that what people need is enlightenment, financial literacy programs and understanding the home and land buying process and available resources.
It’s on this note, that the leadership of NAPS is coming with an initiative ideas to partner with Domak Group International, where all interested students and Youths can own a piece of land in their respective state including FCT, furthermore the initiative was so easier for even the poorest among the poor can be a land owner with just 350 per day for just three(3) years.
In lieu of this, the leadership of NAPS is using this medium to call the attention of Polytechnics students and Youths generally to invest in their future by owning a piece of land from Domak Youths and students land and Housing Investment Scheme.
Aluta Continua! Victoria Ascerta!!
