NDA Commandant Donates School Uniforms to Afaka Community Orphans and Pledges More Community Development
Sahara Weekly Reports That In a remarkable act of generosity and commitment to community development, the Commandant of the Nigerian Defense Academy (NDA) Maj Gen JO Ochai, accompanied by several high-ranking officials, visited the Afaka Community to donate school uniforms to orphans and discuss further initiatives. The Commandant emphasized the importance of promoting girl child education and recognized the significant role that the Afaka Community plays as the host community to the NDA.
The Commandant’s visit was warmly received by the community leaders, including the Sarkin Afaka, Sani Musa Umar, Sarkin Old Yusuf Salihu, Alh Muazu Abubakar Ruma Tafidan Afaka, and the Chairman of The Afaka Community (TAC), Mr. Tanimu Magaji JP. Other community stakeholders were also present during the visit.
