Niger: Prophet Ikuru preaches peace, says that war further impoverishes Africa

 

 

One of the most respected, precise, and famous prophets in Nigeria, Prophet Godwin Ikuru of Jehovah Eye Salvation Ministry and a member of the APC, presidential campaign council has appealed to the Chairman of ECOWAS, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to be merciful with General Abdourahamane Tchiani the newly proclaimed leader of the new military Junta In Niger.

 

 

 

Speaking to newsmen in Lagos, the handsome cleric maintained that war will be extremely inimical to the political and economic situation of the continent. He said, “I love and respect President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, I congratulate him for emerging as the new chairman of ECOWAS, I know that he is trying to protect the legitimate government in Niger that was ousted, but I want to appeal to him to be merciful because it will have an adverse effect on the African continent”

 

 

He maintained that coup d’etat should not be encouraged In African and condemned the actions of the presidential guard Commander, Abdourahamane Tchiani. He said “coup should not be encouraged In Africa, I know that’s exactly what our president and the chairman of ECOWAS is trying to put straight, I believe that there are heavy sanctions that can make him regret his actions”.

He congratulated the new Senate president, the newly appointed ministers, the members of the National Assembly and all those helping the president to revamp the economy and create a new Nigeria.
