Opinion: APC Should Listen To Primate Ayodele ‘s Warning On Their National Convention

 

The All progressive congress (APC) is working towards doing a national convention in order to make some important appointments and election to further move the activities of the party forward.

At the moment, the party doesn’t have a substantial national chairman, all the executives are also working in caretaker committee capacity which is one of the reasons the party will want to urgently do a national convention.

However, for reasons which will be in the interest of the party, popular Nigerian prophet, Primate Elijah Ayodele warned that party not to go ahead with the convention at the date they are planning to have it in order to save the party.

He revealed that the party should hold on with it because he foresees that it will cause confusion and  gang up against some leaders. He also said that there will be many troubles for the party if they go ahead with it

He made this known while also giving some advice to the party on the choice of their candidate ahead of 2023.

If the APC truly wants to survive the heat of the moment, I feel they need to listen to Primate Ayodele on this
