Photo: Government Official Kidnapped In Sokoto State

Engr. Muhammad Lawal Mai Doki, Chairman of Zakat and Endowment Committe in Sokoto was kidnapped yesterday, October 19th, around 9pm within the Sokoto metropolis.

Engr. Mai-Doki is also the Project Manager Bakalori Irrigation Scheme of the Rima River Basin Development Authority. All efforts made towards establishing contact with his abductors has proved abortive.
