Police Arrest 2 Notorious Cult Members Terrorizing Ogun Residents

The Ogun Police Command has arrested two notorious members of a deadly cult group terrorizing residents of Ago Iwoye and environs

The suspects identified as Omotola Amuda, 18 and  Adesegun Mayowa, 20, were apprehended at Ago-Iwoye town in Ijebu-North Local Government Area of the state by officers on routine patrol. A bag containing locally made guns and cartridges was found in their possession.

The command’s Public Relations Officer, Abimbola Oyeyemi, Mr. Oyeyemi stated that the Commissioner of Police, Iliyasu Ahmed, had ordered that the suspects be transferred to the Special Anti-Robbery Squad in Abeokuta for further investigation.
