Police foiled robbery attacks in Lagos

Following the security measures to clampdown crimes and criminalities ,the Lagos state police have arrested two notorious armed men who lodged in popular hotel within Ejigbo area of state metropolis.

Its operatives of Police intelligence led by the divisional police officer, CSP Olabisi Okuwobi, arrests the suspects who was identified as ,Uche Madu 22 years old and Chukwudi Odoh 21 years old.

It was gathered that the Police and the community vigilante acted on tip- off information immediately the suspects checked into the hotel perfecting plans on how to carry out an attacks to the residents,the DPO was alerted and she immediately sent her officers to the area and the suspects were aprehended.

Both suspects were arrested with an exhibits which includes pistol and live ammunition .

The residents commended police and the vigilante groups who save them for the attack and also make it possible to foiled their operation.

A source from Ejigbo Division told our reporter that the suspects have been transferred to the FSARS in Ikeja for further investigation.
