It was a night full of fun in Lagos Nigeria when popular sultry Nollywood Yorùbá actress, Mimiano, real name Memunat Akanke Yunusa celebrated her birthday in grand style. The glamorous event which took place at BBL Lounge Adeniyi Jones, Ikeja despite the heavy rain pour will definitely remain on the minds of the big boys and ladies who came to celebrate with the Kogi state born diva for a long time to come.
The event started with the red carpet segment which couldn’t last long because of the rain but saw many celebrities speaking about the good will the hardworking actress had attracted to herself in the last few years she embarked on her artistic journey. The high-point of the event however, was when two Nollywwod filmmakers, Afeez Abiodun popularly called Afeez Owo and Kunle Afod grabbed the microphones to entertain guests with comedy and cutting of the birthday cakes. The event attracted some media professionals like Africa Magic Samuel Adeagno Eto, Shola Creative Olayemi Esan (Pye), Femi of Sahara Weekly Magazine among many others. Musical heavyweights such like Gospel singer and aspiring Vice President of GOMAN Lagos chapter, Lanre Teriba Atorise and his band members, Rotimi Onimole a.k.a Oba Ara were on hand to entertain guests.
