PRICE INCREASE ALERT FOR PELICAN’S GREENISH ACRES FARM ESTATE

PRICE INCREASE ALERT FOR PELICAN GREENISH ACRES FARM ESTATE

Having announced the Government approval of Pelican Greenish Acres Farm Estate about three weeks ago, we have received many new smart subscribers who have keyed into our farm estate’s Agricultural Investment Project Plan.

As a delivering real estate company, we have started the implementation and execution of our approved layout on Greenish Acres Farm Estate, we have also successfully established the road networks and drainages within the estate to commence infrastructural development and site preparation for the coming planting season. As we speak all plots are readily accessible with registered beacons on the ground.

According to the report signed by Ifeoluwa Daniel Director of Operations, Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited, Currently, we have about a thousand subscribers at the sister housing Estate, The Pelican Brief Estate, located at Kobape who are potential off-takers for the Greenish Acres farm estate, due to their proximity and investment values. Our records have shown that about 80% who had fully subscribed to our Greenish Acres Farm Estate, are dominantly our existing clients in Pelican Brief Estate and Pelican Valley.

It’s worthy of note that our Present demands from our existing client base at Pelican Brief outweigh the available plots in the new Greenish Acres Farm Estate due to the limited land size available to our disposal.

We will be considering having phase two after we must have delivered on output value in this current phase, as we don’t want to rush into that yet.

Given the above-mentioned and also our massive capital investments in Basic infrastructures in the Farm Estate as a result of the Clients financial commitment to over 70% of our lands at Greenish Acres Farm Estate, Kobape, there will be an upward review in the price of land in the Estate.

This increase will be effective from the 14th of February 2023

The new rate is as follows;

A plot of Land – ₦3,500,000

Development Levy – ₦250,000

Survey – ₦200,000

Legal and Documentation Fee- ₦50

Application form – ₦10,000

Total: ₦4,010,000

However, we are using this medium to implore our existing loyal client’s at our Housing Estates, who are yet to secure their piece of Farmland in Pelican Greenish Acres Farm Estate not to delay any further, as we have some of them who are in the window period of subscribing to close their deal in time before the one-week price increase deadline elapse.

Conclusively, I want to encourage our prospective clients that they can still benefit from the launching price of ₦3,500,000, as we will be increasing the price now which will be effective on the 14th of February 2023.

We pledge our continuous effort to serve our clients better and give premium value and the highest return on investment for your investment with us.
