Rituals: Man Remanded In Prison After Being Caught with Human Fibroid
A 40-year-old man identified as Gabriel Ojo has been remanded in prison after human fibroid was discovered in his possession in Kwara State.
The suspect was apprehended at Apata community, Eiyenkorin area of the state.
The police said that one Moshood Tajudeen, secretary of Apata community had alerted them of the situation.
The charge sheet added, “Concerted efforts led to the arrest of Ojo while human fibroid and other criminal charms were found in his possession.
“He confessed that the fibroid found in his house was given to him for burial since May 2022 but kept it in his house.”
The prosecutor, Adebayo Thomas, informed the court of a motion ex parte attached to the police report seeking the defendant’s remand in a correctional centre.
Magistrate Agbetola Issa, who presided over the case, remanded the suspect and adjourned to October 19.

Applesbite reports that TrackaNG, a group monitoring the implementation of government projects in communities, took to Twitter, to share the dilapidated state of the school.
The group claimed that over a hundred pupils sit on the bare floor to learn in such an unpleasant environment.
The tweet reads: “Dear #DrRamatuTijjani. This is (the) terrible condition in LEA Primary School, Mabo Paikon Kore, Gwagwalada Area Council, FCT, Abuja, where over 100 pupils sit on the bare (floor) to learn in an unpleasant environment.”
