Foremost businessman and transport union maestro, Otunba Nurudeen Aina, popularly known as ‘ALOWONLE’ has congratulated Ogun State Governor, Prince (Dr) Dapo Abiodun (MFR), over the Supreme Court ruling which validated his election as Governor.
Alowonle described the apex court’s ruling as a confirmation of both the perfect will of God and of the irrefutable choice of the gateway people. In a statement issued by his media team, Alowonle said, “It is a great day for democracy. The highest court in the country has finally affirmed Governor Abiodun as the governor of Ogun State – a position that has been previously maintained by the Tribunal and Court of appeal.
This also reinforces the confidence our people have in the judiciary. This is a good development for the advancement of democracy in our nation, Nigeria”, Alowonle said.
The front line AMORAN Chairmanship aspirant further expressed confidence that the governor would certainly accelerate the pace of development in Ogun, now that there would be no more unnecessary distraction.
