SOFOLA canvass support for Kosofe Constituency 1 candidate

The Executive Chairman of Kosofe Local Government Hon. Afolabi Sofola joined thousands of the All Progressives Congress’ faithfuls in his Local Government Area to stage a walk in support of Hon. Sanni Okanlawon,  the Candidate of APC for Kosofe Constituency 1in next week’s Lagos state House of Assembly elections.

Hon. Sofola alongside some of his executive members and councilors took part in a walk tagged: “Gbe Body E for Okla” which was organized to shore up support for Hon. Sanni Okanlawon before next week’s elections into Lagos state House of Assembly.

Speaking with newsmen during the walk which began at Maryland by 7:00am, appealed to the residents of Kosofe Local Government Area to exercise their civic responsibilities by  trooping out next week Saturday to vote for Hon. Sanni Okanlawon as a member of Lagos House of Assembly.

He stated that Hon. Okanlawon with his excellent track record in public administration would provide a better representation for the people of Kosofe constituency in Lagos House of Assembly.

He added that the purpose of the walk therefore was to sensitize the residents of Kosofe constituency 1of the significance of making the right choice for better representation.

Over ten thousand people took part in the “walk for Okla” rally. The rally was on all the seven wards in Kosofe Constituency 1.

Those who took part in the rally were: Hon. Sanni Okanlawon, Alhaji Musiliu Aigoro, Hon. Olumide County,Mr.Tunde Soneye, Prince Fatai Gbadebo, Hon.Olayinka Rabiu(whytee), Hon. Ibrahim Bakare Olawale, Hon. Oyeyemi Oyetayo and Hon. Lanre Oladunjoye,Hon.Funmilayo Owolabi,Hon. Wale Ajibosin
